On My Palate

On My Palate That was the starting point.
For years, this is where people have written about travels, restaurants, wines, and places, based on direct experience, curiosity, and the pleasure of being at the table.

More than just a food blog, On My Palate It has always been a way of looking at the world through food, understood as culture, context, and identity. Eating has never been just about feeding oneself; it has been about observing, listening, understanding.

Over time, this perspective broadened. The table remained central, but it was no longer sufficient to contain everything that required writing: travel, art, thought, daily life, family. The palate remained... but it began to coexist with other forms of attention.

This page exists to acknowledge that journey.
On My Palate It doesn't disappear or close itself off: it integrates. It remains present in food reviews, restaurants, wines, and hotels, now as part of a broader space, all In My Eyes.

Because before writing about the world, it all began at the table.
