Last Glimpses

In My Eyes It stems from curiosity and the pleasure of observing the world at a leisurely pace.

Traveling, tasting, listening, reading, seeing… and thinking about it all without haste. For years, this journey has been shared in… On My Palate, a space dedicated primarily to gastronomy, wine, and travel, always based on lived experience. At the end of 2024, a health problem forced me to stop, to distance myself, and to rethink personal and creative priorities. This period of suspension also led me to rethink the project itself.

In 2025, with the announcement of the closure of the SAPO Blogs platform, the opportunity, and the need, to start over arose. Thus, SAPO Blogs was born. In My EyesA more spacious area, where the palate is still present, but is no longer the sole starting point.

Here, places and flavors, hotels and restaurants, books and music, cinema and theater, cities and memories intersect. Not as a guide, but as a gaze: personal, attentive, sometimes critical, other times simply contemplative.

This is a space for writing at the pace of discovery, where each text stems from experience and the desire to transform it into narrative.

Because traveling is not just about moving, and eating is not just about feeding oneself. It's about culture, it's about context, it's about identity. And, above all, it's about a way of seeing.

Writing as a way of staying

This is a space for writing, memory, and attention.
A place where gastronomy continues to have a home, but where the perspective broadens to include travel, culture, politics, family, and life.

On My Palate

Here the table remains set.
Food criticism, restaurants, wines, and places where food tells stories and builds memories.

Trips

Traveling is learning how to see.
Cities, countries, hotels, and paths that remain. Not as a guide, but as a lived experience.

Arts

Culture as a space for listening.
Books that leave a mark, music that accompanies us, theater that we experience, and films that force us to stop and think.

Hotels & Places

Experience the fusion of imagination and expertise with Études Architectural Solutions.

Policy

To look at the world without feigned neutrality.
Opinion pieces, civic reflection, and questions about the present.

Family

Because that's where it all begins.
The everyday, the fragility, the care, and what truly matters when everything else falls apart.

Between Seeing and Looking

Texts, places, images, and experiences that help me think about the world… and share it with time, attention, and memory.
